On Thursday, December 4, 2025, around 10 a.m., Dallas Police officers were called to conduct a health and welfare check in the 800 block of Cade Road near North Highway 175 in the Pleasant Grove area.
When officers arrived, they found 71-year-old Jerome Wooten deceased at the scene. The circumstances surrounding his death are still under investigation, and detectives have not released additional details.
The case is being investigated under case number 173482-2025.
