On Friday, December 12, 2025, at approximately 12:35 p.m., Dallas police responded to a police request by fire call in the 7600 block of South Central Expressway.
Officers were dispatched after Dallas Fire-Rescue personnel located two individuals who had suffered gunshot wounds and were pronounced deceased at the scene. Preliminary investigation indicates that 30-year-old William Ramirez-Garcia shot a female victim before dying from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot wound.
The female victim’s identity has not been released pending notification of next of kin.
The incident remains under investigation and is documented under case number 177484-2025. Authorities have not released additional details regarding the motive or circumstances surrounding the shooting.
