Mansfield Woman Pleads Guilty to Producing Child Porn Involving 9-Year-Old

A 31-year-old Mansfield woman pleaded guilty this week to four federal counts of sexual exploitation of children after admitting she produced sexually explicit videos of a 9-year-old child and distributed some of the material via a social media application, announced U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Texas Ryan Raybould.

Marisa Witkop entered her guilty plea in federal court in Fort Worth. She was indicted by a federal grand jury in October 2025 on the four counts. Each count carries a mandatory minimum sentence of 15 years and a maximum of 30 years in federal prison, meaning Witkop faces a potential total of up to 120 years’ imprisonment if the sentences are ordered to run consecutively.

According to court documents and statements from prosecutors, Witkop produced four separate videos depicting the sexual exploitation of the 9-year-old child. Some of those videos were then distributed using a social media platform.

Sentencing is scheduled for June 9, 2026, before Senior U.S. District Judge Terry R. Means in Fort Worth.

The investigation was conducted jointly by special agents with the U.S. Secret Service and detectives from the Mansfield Police Department. The case is being prosecuted by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of Texas, Fort Worth Division.
