FRISCO, TX - The Frisco Police Department has arrested 48-year-old Michael Cheek, an educator employed at Billy Gene Phillips Elementary School, in connection with an ongoing investigation.
Cheek is charged with Invasive Visual Recording, a state jail felony punishable by 180 days to two years in jail and a fine of up to $10,000.
Police said they became aware of allegations of misconduct and immediately began working in coordination with the school district while conducting a criminal investigation. That investigation led to Cheek’s arrest.
Authorities have not released additional details about the allegations as the investigation remains ongoing.
