VALLEY VIEW, TX — A multi-agency operation led by the Valley View Police Department has resulted in the arrest of a Gainesville man on severe charges involving the exploitation and sexual abuse of a minor. Steven Stuart Shot-With-Two-Arrows was taken into custody on Friday, February 20, 2026.
