FORT WORTH, Texas — A woman was killed and two children were injured in a single-vehicle crash early Monday morning in north Fort Worth, according to police.
Officers with the Fort Worth Police Department’s North Division responded around 12:33 a.m. on March 30, 2026, to a crash along the northbound lanes of the North Freeway near Westport Parkway.
Upon arrival, officers found the adult female driver deceased at the scene.
An infant and a young child who were in the vehicle with her were transported to a local hospital with injuries. Authorities said both children were alive when officers arrived, but the extent of their injuries has not been released.
The department’s Traffic Investigation Unit responded to the scene and is working to determine the circumstances surrounding the crash.
