GARLAND, Texas — A late-night ATV crash in Garland left one man dead and another seriously injured, according to police.
On Wednesday, April 1st, at around 10:30 pm, Garland Police officers responded to the 3600 block of Marquis Drive. Upon arrival, they found an overturned four-wheel all-terrain vehicle and two adult men nearby.
The driver, identified as 46-year-old Paul Terry, was pronounced dead at the scene. A 41-year-old passenger was transported to a local hospital with serious injuries.
Investigators said the two men were riding the ATV in a grassy area behind a business when the vehicle overturned during a turn.
The investigation remains ongoing.
