FORT WORTH, Texas — Fort Worth police have arrested three suspects in connection with an armed robbery that escalated into a gunfight at a Taco Bell parking lot in Far East Fort Worth earlier this year.
The incident occurred on February 5, 2026, when officers responded to a robbery call in the 1400 block of Eastchase Parkway. According to police, the victim had arranged through social media to meet an individual to purchase cellphones. During the meeting, armed suspects demanded money and forcibly took the victim’s belongings.
Authorities said the victim, who was also armed, fought back and took cover inside the restaurant. Gunfire was exchanged between the victim and the suspects before the suspects fled the scene in an SUV driven by a third individual.
