FORT WORTH, TX — A 62-year-old Parker County resident has been sentenced to two decades in prison following a harrowing disclosure by two sisters regarding abuse that occurred over ten years ago. Patrick Nairne Magee, of Hudson Oaks, pled guilty on March 26, 2026, to Sexual Assault of a Child.
The sentencing brings a level of closure to a case that began when the victims, now adults, finally sought justice for their childhood trauma.
A Long-Delayed Outcry
The investigation was launched in January 2024 after two sisters contacted Euless Police investigators. They reported that Magee, a family member, had groomed, drugged, and sexually assaulted them more than a decade prior.
Euless officers executed the initial arrest warrant on January 5, 2024. However, as investigators delved into Magee's digital footprint, the case expanded significantly.
Digital Evidence and Additional Charges
Following the initial assault reports, a forensic search led Euless Police to discover a massive collection of illegal material in Magee's possession—estimated between 100 and 500 images of child pornography.
While the Tarrant County case concluded with his 20-year sentence, Magee’s legal troubles are not over:
-
Tarrant County Sentence: 20 years in the Texas Department of Criminal Justice for Sexual Assault of a Child.
-
Parker County Status: New warrants were issued following the digital discovery, leading to a second arrest by Parker County deputies on February 14, 2024. Those charges remain pending.
The Prosecution Team
The successful conviction was led by Prosecutor Kassidy Durfee, supported by District Attorney Investigator Josh Neiswender. Victim Coordinator Angela Stevens worked closely with the sisters to navigate the emotional complexities of a case involving a family member.
