LEWISVILLE, Texas — A Lewisville woman has been arrested on multiple felony charges following an overdose investigation at a hotel that police say involved fentanyl shared among several people in a room.
Police were dispatched around 3:01 a.m. on March 24, 2026, to the Hilton Garden Inn at 785 State Highway 121 after a report of an overdose involving 30-year-old Ashley Regueira, who was initially unconscious and receiving CPR.
While en route, the responding officer learned Regueira had regained consciousness and was being transported to Medical City Lewisville. The officer responded to the hospital, where Regueira said she had been in a hotel room with four other people and that the group had been “passing around a meth pipe” before she lost consciousness.
The officer later returned to the hotel and made contact with 32-year-old Cerisa Nicole Doyle, one of the individuals associated with the room.
According to the arrest affidavit, officers searched the hotel room and found two silicone containers holding 1.1 grams of fentanyl.
A search warrant executed on Doyle’s cellphone the next day reportedly uncovered photos of a digital scale and containers matching those found in the room.
Investigators said Doyle later admitted she purchased one gram of fentanyl before the overdose and already possessed the fentanyl recovered in the room. Police said she acknowledged others in the room used the drug she provided.
Authorities allege Doyle delivered fentanyl to others in the room, leading to the overdose that caused serious bodily injury.
Doyle was arrested April 13 and charged with manufacturing or delivery of a controlled substance, delivery of a controlled substance causing serious bodily injury, and possession of a controlled substance.
Her bond was set at $50,000.
Court records show Doyle has prior drug convictions, including fentanyl possession cases in Dallas and Collin counties.
