FORT WORTH, Texas — A 23-year-old Irving man has been sentenced to 25 years in prison after pleading guilty to multiple counts of possession of child pornography, according to the Tarrant County District Attorney’s Office.
On Friday, April 24, 2026, Lisandro Agusto Vallejo entered a guilty plea in Criminal District Court No. 4 to three counts of Possession of Child Pornography (involving more than 50 visual depictions or videos). The court sentenced him to 25 years in prison.
The case began when authorities received a tip that an account associated with Vallejo had distributed a file suspected to contain child pornography. Vallejo had used his X social media account to send an image. The Arlington Police Department initiated an investigation and later discovered numerous files on electronic devices linked to Vallejo.
Police located Vallejo at his residence in the 1800 block of Anna Drive in Irving and arrested him on May 8, 2024. He was initially charged with one count of possession of child pornography and released after posting bond.
Investigators continued reviewing evidence and identified additional images and videos, leading to a new warrant. Vallejo was arrested again on Dec. 4, 2025, in Ellis County.
The case was prosecuted by assistant district attorneys Alexa Crest and Matt Hinojosa, with assistance from district attorney investigator Brad Gantt.
The Tarrant County District Attorney's Office specifically thanked the investigative work of Arlington Police Sgt. Nate Bishop, Tarrant County CSCD Court Officer Monica Zaiger, and the Arlington Police Department.
