Two Arrested in Irving 'Jugging' Robbery After Victim Followed from Dallas Business

Stefon Foster and Alexandra Goudeau

IRVING, Texas — Two suspects have been arrested in connection with a gunpoint robbery in Irving in which the victim was followed from a Dallas check-cashing business, according to the Irving Police Department.

Stefon Foster, 32, was arrested April 24 and booked into the Irving Jail. He is charged with aggravated robbery and jugging robbery, both first-degree felonies. Authorities also identified a second suspect, 35-year-old Alexandra Page Goudeau, who was arrested in connection with the case.

The robbery occurred April 10 around 11:14 a.m. at the Gardens of Valley Ranch Apartments in the 8800 block of Saddlehorn Drive.

According to police, the victim had just returned home after cashing a check for $1,180 at a business in the 2000 block of West Northwest Highway in Dallas when a blue sedan blocked his vehicle. The driver, described as a white male with arm tattoos, pointed a handgun and demanded the envelope of cash. The suspect also took the victim’s cellphone after threatening to shoot him.

The victim later told officers he recognized both the male and a female passenger from the check-cashing business earlier that day.

Investigators reviewed surveillance footage from the business and nearby locations, including a camera trailer operated by the Dallas Police Department. Video showed a man matching the suspect’s description entering a blue Chevrolet Malibu with distinctive rims and following the victim’s vehicle from the business.

Using those images and records assistance from Dallas police, Irving investigators identified Foster and Goudeau as suspects. Warrants were issued, and both were taken into custody April 24.

Police executed a search warrant at the suspects’ residence and vehicle, where they recovered the firearm believed to have been used in the robbery, along with clothing and jewelry seen in surveillance footage.

According to investigators, both suspects admitted their involvement. Police said Foster acknowledged driving the vehicle and following the victim from the business with the intent to commit a robbery, a tactic commonly referred to as “jugging.” Authorities said Foster also told investigators he and Goudeau split the stolen money.

Foster was charged with Aggravated Robbery, Jugging Robbery and Theft of Property.  His bond was set at $201,000.  Goudeau was also charged with Aggravated Robbery and Jugging Robbery.  Her bond was set at $100,000.  Both remain in-custody at the Dallas County Jail.

The investigation remains ongoing.
