NORTH RICHLAND HILLS, Texas - The North Richland Hills Police Department is investigating an indecent incident reported Wednesday night at the Target store near North Tarrant Parkway and Precinct Line Road in North Richland Hills.
Police said the call came into dispatch shortly after 9 p.m. on May 20th. Officers arrived within minutes and searched the area for a suspect vehicle described as a silver Chevrolet truck, but were unable to locate it.
According to investigators, the victim reported that a Hispanic man with shoulder-length black hair and wearing a black T-shirt approached her from behind and sprayed an unknown substance onto her back from what sounded like a spray bottle.
North Richland Hills police released photos of the suspect and the vehicle believed to be involved in the incident as detectives continue investigating the case.
Authorities said detectives, crime scene investigators, and the department’s crime analyst are reviewing evidence and working to identify witnesses connected to the incident.
Police thanked witnesses who have already contacted investigators and provided information and photos.
