Over the past few months, Irving Police Department investigators have been investigating a series of business burglaries involving small Indian Grocery stores and restaurants. On May 28th, Irving resident Justin Muse was arrested and charged with five counts of burglary related to this investigation and two counts of unlawful possession of a firearm. Investigators were assisted in their investigation by high-quality surveillance videos from several of the burglarized businesses.
Muse has also been charged in two similar cases in Plano and three similar cases in Richardson.
