The Tarrant County Sheriff’s Office is the lead investigative agency; therefore, the release of any information or details about the incident will come from their agency. The Irving Police Department can verify that the officer involved in the incident is Officer Brandon Spencer. He has worked for the Irving Police Department for 18 years and is currently assigned to the Investigative Services Bureau.
