Dallas police said someone attempted to steal money from a Chase Bank drive-through ATM in the 2800 block of Irving Boulevard.
At 12:30 a.m. Thursday, officers found the brick building that housed the ATM destroyed, and the ATM was smashed.
Police said a front-loader tractor that was stolen from a nearby construction site was parked at the bank. It was not immediately clear if any money was stolen.
