Parallel Capital Partners inked deals with three new tenants, Teknion Data, Informa and Abeam Consulting, totaling more than 50,000 square feet at Urban Towers. Additionally, Terremark renewed its contract at the office building in the Irving, TX neighborhood of Las Colinas. The leases, combined, were valued at more than $20 million.

Teknion Data Solutions, 17,229 square feet
Abeam Consulting (USA) Ltd., 10,656 square feet
Terremark, 22,172 square feet
San Diego-based Parallel Capital acquired the 848,951-square-foot Urban Towers in 2013. The two-building property, situated on 11.2 acres at 222 W. Las Colinas Blvd., is 85% occupied. The buildings delivered in 1982 and 1984.
