As of Dec. 3, Dallas County and the greater Dallas-Fort Worth, which is located in the Trauma Service Area E (TSA E), reached seven consecutive days where the percentage of COVID-19 confirmed patients in regional hospitals exceeded 15%. As a result of Governor Abbott’s GA-32 order, the below Dallas County businesses are required to reduce occupancy rates from 75% to 50%, effective immediately.

- Retail stores
- Office buildings
- Manufacturing facilities
- Gyms and exercising facilities, including classes
- Museums
- Libraries
Additionally, the Governor’s order prohibits any outdoor gathering of more than 10 people unless its approved by local or county officials.
