The Irving Police has provided an update on the accident reported on November 14, 2021.
According to a press release today, "The Irving Police Department has issued four warrants for Tangela Smith in reference to the accident where 8-month-old Kassidy Smith fell out of a moving vehicle. Tangela’s charges are for Injury to a Child Causing Serious Bodily Injury and three charges for Endangering a Child for the three children in the car; ages 2, 3 and 6."
The driver of the vehicle that ran over Kassidy, after falling from the vehicle, has not been located yet.
