Irving police officers responded to a home at 9001 Jasmine in North Irving (Valley Ranch area) where they found three bodies in an apparent murder-suicide.

Irving police is not releasing details while they investigate.  The only information released is that three bodies found are of a man in his 20s, a man in his late 50s and a woman in her 60s.

It seems the younger man is the son of the couple found.

According to the Dallas Appraisal District, the home at 9001 Jasmine belongs to Chimanbhai and Kantaben Patel.   Unconfirmed reports are that it was the daughter of the couple that found the three bodies with gunshot wounds to the chest this morning, after being called home from work.

UPDATE:  "Indications are this is a double murder-suicide," Officer Tull said. "All the victims are related -- mother, father, son."  All three had fatal gunshot wounds, and a handgun was found at the home, Tull said.
