On Saturday, February 19, 2022 at approximately 6:45pm, a 13 year old female was walking along Hwy 10 by the Extra Space Storage located at 1204 W. Euless Blvd when she was struck by 2 vehicles. The first vehicle to strike her was a Chevrolet pickup. She was then struck by a second vehicle which appears to be, a gray, tan or pewter Chevrolet SUV that was occupied by a Hispanic female and an unknown male. Both drivers momentarily stopped but then left the scene.
The 13 year old female had been reported as a runaway to Fort Worth PD the same night. She remains in critical condition at Cook Children’s Hospital.
The driver of the pickup contacted Euless Police and is cooperating with the investigation. Euless Police are still trying to identify the second vehicle involved in this incident and the driver or occupants of that vehicle.
