Matthew Hamilton Graham, who graduated from Nimitz High School in 1994, has deployed to Afghanistan aboard the U.S.S. Nimitz.

Petty Officer First Class, Matthew Graham joined the Navy in 1995 and has served as an airman on the U.S.S. Stennis
and shook the hand of President George Bush
aboard
the U.S.S. Abraham Lincoln, on the way back from Operation Iraqi Freedom.
He has just re-upped for his last 6 years before retirement.
When he is on land, Matt is stationed at the Lemoore Naval Air Base in California.
While at the naval school in Memphis, TN, he met his wife, Tara, of 12 years. They have two sons, Zachary & Dylan.
