UPDATE: Quinaejah Taylor has been located in Dallas.
The Irving Police Department has requested that the Texas Department of Public Safety activate a Endangered Missing Persons Alert for Quinaejah Taylor, 17 years of age. Taylor was last seen at approximately 2 am in the 3000 block of Tudor Ln., wearing a black t-shirt with Nike on the front, black leggings, and a silver purse. She has been diagnosed as bipolar, suffers from depression, and has a child's mental capacity. It is unknown where she might be at this time, but the Irving Police Department feels Taylor is a risk to herself.
