The combined entities will exceed $60 million in annual revenue, with 500 employees worldwide. Buchanan and PEQ will service their clients from six (6) global offices in Dallas, TX, Dayton, OH, Charlotte, NC, Wichita, KS, Ontario, Canada and Sofia, Bulgaria. Two (2) additional locations will also be utilized for client application development (Mumbai, India) and outbound call center functionalities (Manila, Philippines). The expanded regions will enable client service and support to be delivered from seven (7) global time zones.

Both organizations will maintain their existing entity name, leadership and primary location.
The merger will enable Buchanan and PEQ to more competitively meet the evolving IT requirements of their clients and prospects, and will project the combined operations to becoming one of the fastest growing IT Managed Service Providers nationally.
