Argument Over Dog Leads to Shooting in Frisco

The Frisco Police Department is investigating a shooting that occurred Sunday morning at the Frisco Dog Park, 5335 4th Army Drive.

According to officials, a woman and her ex were arguing over the ownership of a shared dog. As the ex and a family member retrieved the dog from the park, the woman fired multiple shots at them. Luckily, no one was hit by the gunfire.

Some of the rounds did hit vehicles causing damage.

When officers arrived at the scene, they arrested the 25-year-old woman and charged her with two counts of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon. Her bond sits at $100,000.
