According to a survey by the Dallas Business Journal, Irving is home to three of the Metroplex's largest colleges and universities: the University of Dallas, North Lake College and DeVry University.
Within a 30 minute commute, Irving has a highly educated workforce of 3.1 million, age 25 or older, representing more than 25 national origins.
