A 13-year-old female reported to police that at approximately 7:20am, on April 14th, she was walking through the parking lot of an apartment complex in the 2000 block of Estrada Parkway when a man in a white SUV pulled up next to her and using threats, ordered her into his vehicle where he touched her in an inappropriate manner. Just after that she managed to get out of the vehicle and run away from it at which time the man fled as well.
Suspect is described as being Hispanic, approximately 5’6" tall, medium build with short black hair and clean shaven. Further he is said to have a slight Spanish accent but spoke fluent English. He was wearing a white T-shirt and black Dickie brand pants.
Vehicle was described as a white newer model SUV 4/door possibly a Chevrolet Tahoe or similar style vehicle.
Police Investigators are asking anyone with information about the man or the vehicle to call the Irving Police immediately (972) 273-1010.
