Irving Cares, a non-profit social services agency which serves more than 36,000 Irving families in crisis, has received a grant in the amount of $1,500 from CVS Caremark. The grant will help support Irving Cares' patient transportation program - an initiative which provides transportation to medical appointments as well as the delivery of prescription medications. One of CVS's largest support centers is located in Irving.
