Irving police are asking for help to identify a man who robbed the First Convenience Bank in an Irving Walmart after he handed a teller a note demanding money.
Police released photographs of the robber that were taken by bank surveillance cameras during the holdup on Tuesday.
The man walked into the bank in the 4000 block of W. Airport Freeway about 12:20 p.m. and gave the teller a note.
After taking an undisclosed amount of money, he left the store.
Police described the man as African-American, about 30 years-old, medium height, thin build, wearing metal frame glasses and a dark colored shirt.
Irving police believe the man was the same suspect who robbed a similar bank in Arlington on Aug. 20.
Anyone with information should call Irving police at 972-273-1010.
