In the early hours of August 21, 2023, Dallas Police responded to a distress call in the 8500 block of Park Lane, where an adult male was found shot multiple times. Despite the rapid response of Dallas Fire Rescue, the victim succumbed to his injuries at the scene.
The Dallas County Medical Examiner's Office is assisting in the process of identifying the victim. The circumstances surrounding the shooting are under investigation, with authorities working to determine the motive and any potential suspects.
