The arrest, which occurred on Wednesday, has left the public with scant details about the incident. Authorities have confirmed that O'Neill is now facing charges of public intoxication and assault resulting in bodily harm.
O'Neill, previously recognized for his role in the mission to eliminate the notorious terrorist leader, had a stint as a contributor on Fox News. O’Neill had been in the Dallas area to record a podcast at a local cigar lounge.
