he Fort Worth Police Department is seeking the public's help in locating 27-year-old Victor Manuel Medina-Ramirez. A warrant has been issued for his arrest in connection with an accident that occurred on September 24, 2023.
The incident resulted in the loss of a passenger's life and the unborn child of the driver.
Investigators have determined that Medina-Ramirez was involved in the accident and believe he is currently evading law enforcement.
