Dallas Police Seek Public's Assistance in Aggravated Assault Case in South Dallas

The Dallas Police Department is appealing to the public for assistance in an aggravated assault case that occurred on October 9th, 2023, at approximately 6:55 AM in the 3600 block of Frank Street in South Dallas.

According to preliminary reports, officers were dispatched to the scene in response to a distress call. Upon arrival, it was discovered that the suspect, operating a dark-colored SUV, potentially an older model BMW, had allegedly run over the victim before leaving the scene.

The victim was immediately transported to a nearby hospital for urgent medical treatment. Their current condition is undisclosed.

In the ongoing investigation, authorities have identified the suspect as a black male in his early 30s, standing at around 5'4" in height. The individual may be known by the name "Gigi."
