Dallas Police Seek Public Assistance in Hit-and-Run Investigation; Juvenile Pedestrian was Struck

The Dallas Police Department is reaching out to the public for assistance in identifying and locating a suspect vehicle involved in a hit-and-run incident that occurred on Friday, November 10, 2023, at approximately 4:55 pm.

The incident took place in the 3700 block of Timberglen Road, where the suspect vehicle collided with a juvenile pedestrian. The vehicle, described as a gray 4-door sedan, possibly a 2010s Mazda 3, fled the scene after the crash. Authorities note that the right-side passenger mirror of the suspect vehicle is damaged.

The location of the hit-and-run is in close proximity to both an apartment complex and Timberglen Park. Dallas police are urging anyone with information about the suspect vehicle or details related to the case to come forward.

UPDATE: The involved vehicle has been located. Dallas Police are still looking to identify and locate the driver in the incident. The investigation is ongoing.
