On December 5, 2023, at approximately 12:10 PM, Dallas Police swiftly responded to a shooting incident reported in the 6100 block of Lazy River Drive. Upon arrival, officers discovered a man inside a vehicle who had sustained gunshot wounds.
Dallas Fire Rescue promptly arrived at the scene and transported the victim to a local hospital where he succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead.
The identity of the victim is being withheld at this time, pending notification of family members.
The incident is currently under investigation, and authorities are documenting the case under number 216231-2023.
