Venture Commercial Real Estate today announced the sale of a 35,460 square foot property with a 2,443 square foot building, located at 200 West Irving Boulevard in Irving, Texas, to Burger King franchisee Firebrand Properties, L.P. The property is being developed as the site of a new Burger King, scheduled to open July 2011.
Dallas-based Firebrand Properties is owned by Sun Holdings, the largest Hispanic-owned franchising company in the U.S.
Bryan Cornelius and Jim Dunn of Venture Commercial represented the seller, Morgan Park, Limited and Eaton Road, Limited. Tom Paredes, CCIM, of John T. Evans Company represented Firebrand Properties.
