On December 13, 2023, at 7:30 p.m., Dallas Police responded to a shooting call in the 13400 block of Esperanza Street in Far North Dallas.
According to the preliminary investigation, two men were transported to a local hospital as a result of the incident. One of the men succumbed to his injuries and was pronounced dead. The second man is currently in stable condition. Additionally, a third man who sustained gunshot wounds was taken to another local hospital in a private vehicle and is also listed in stable condition.
The deceased male victim is not being identified at this time pending family notifications.
The investigation is ongoing and documented under case number 221290-2023.
