On the night of December 25, 2023, tragedy struck in the 7800 block of Rayville Drive in Pleasant Grove, as Dallas Police responded to a welfare check around 11:20 p.m.
Upon arrival, officers discovered the lifeless body of 41-year-old Calvin Daulton at the scene. The preliminary investigation has now classified the incident as a homicide.
This investigation is ongoing and is documented under case number 230011-2023.
