Hard Rock International, in collaboration with Pointe Vista Holding Company, has unveiled plans for the development of the Hard Rock Hotel at Lake Texoma and The Residences at the Hard Rock Hotel Lake Texoma. Construction is scheduled to commence in March 2024, with the project set to create over 9,000 jobs in the area.
The new Hard Rock development, anticipated to open in the second quarter of 2026, will be situated at the Oklahoma-Texas border within the Pointe Vista development. This location, spanning 2,700 acres, is part of a master-planned resort community offering a diverse range of amenities, including a golf course, enclosed waterpark, family entertainment center, amphitheater, 11-acre inland Oasis Spring, Chickasaw Casino, and more.
The project aims to be a premier destination, catering to both summer and winter activities, with water-based and indoor waterpark attractions. It is positioned as the sole resort venue serving all of north Texas and the entire State of Oklahoma with such a comprehensive array of amenities.

The Hard Rock Hotel at Lake Texoma will feature 189 rooms, 25 suites, and 168 residence rentals. The property includes an 18,000-square-foot conference center, Oasis Spring with white sand beaches, Rock Spa, Body Rock Fitness, rooftop bar, fine dining, Rock Shop, golf course, and a 320-slip marina.
