The Irving Public Library has announced that the Northwest Branch is heading further west. In preparation for the opening of the LEED certified West Irving Library, the last day of operation for the Northwest Branch Library, 2928 North Belt Line Road, will be March 5.
Throughout the month of March, library customers can continue to return items to the exterior book drop located at the Northwest Branch. This April, services and staff will be relocated to the 25,000-square-foot West Irving Library at the corner of Rochelle and Esters roads.
In the interim, patrons who frequent the Northwest location may visit the Central Library, 801 W. Irving Blvd., for service.
