On Tuesday, January 30, 2024, at around 8:00 am, a collision occurred between a motorcyclist and a school bus on North Beach Street near the King Oaks Lane intersection, south of Highway 121 in the vicinity of Gateway Park.
Initial reports suggest that the motorcyclist collided with the rear of the school bus. Paramedics declared the motorcyclist dead at the scene.
Occupants on the school bus were present during the accident, but no injuries were reported.
The Tarrant County Medical Examiner’s Office is expected to release the identity of the deceased motorcyclist at a later time.
