The ultimate meeting destination connects with the professional meeting planners community for the Meeting Professionals International (MPI) Dallas/Fort Worth Chapter 2011 Supplier Showcase on Thursday, Feb. 24, at the Irving Convention Center at Las Colinas.
Dedicated to serve as the premier organization servicing Dallas/Fort Worth meeting professionals, MPI’s annual event seeks to offer professional development, networking and educational resources to its affiliates. The showcase is open to all planner and supplier members and offers an efficient, strategic way for companies to meet with a range of current and prospective business suppliers.
Costs for the program are $35 for members and $40 for non-members. Reception-only fees are $10 for members and $15 for non-members.
The program begins with networking and lunch, followed by an open trade show floor from 1:30 – 4:30 p.m., and concludes with a cocktail reception for attendees. All attendees will be entered into a prize drawing, sponsored by Barbados, for two economy class airlines tickets from Dallas/Fort Worth to Barbados and complimentary hotel accommodations for four nights.
