New customer service hours for utility payments at Irving City Hall

New hours are in effect for customers who want to pay utility bills in person at Customer Service at City Hall, 825 W. Irving Blvd. Window hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Extended hours are available from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Wednesdays, unless the following day is a holiday.  

Residents also may pay utility services bills online at any Fiesta Mart or Western Union in Irving, or at any ACE Cash Express location in the nation. In addition, automatic deduction/draft services are available at no cost.
