Sabrina Glasker, aged 39, was apprehended on March 5, 2024, in California by the U.S. Marshal’s Task Force and subsequently transported to McLennan County Jail in Texas. Glasker faces charges of aggravated robbery with a deadly weapon in connection to the incident at Boozer’s Jewelry Store on June 17, 2023, where she allegedly aided John Rainwater during the robbery.
Previously, on August 17, 2023, it was reported that John Rainwater, aged 42, was already in custody for two bank robberies in Waco, Texas. He now faces an additional charge of aggravated robbery related to the Boozer’s Jewelry store incident.
The investigation into the Boozer’s Jewelry store robbery commenced after two suspects entered the premises and carried out the robbery at gunpoint. Waco Police Department Special Crimes Detectives identified Rainwater as a suspect based on his resemblance and modus operandi in previous robberies. Upon Rainwater's initial arrest on two Federal Warrants in July, a stolen Rolex watch, confirmed to be from the Boozer’s robbery, was recovered.
Additionally, two other individuals were arrested in connection with the case. Tontanisha Freeman was apprehended in Austin on August 4th for theft by possession as she pawned jewelry stolen during the robbery. Lawanda Joiner was arrested in Waco on the same day for theft by possession, accused of delivering the stolen jewelry to Freeman. Both individuals had posted bail by the time of the latest update.
The investigation remains ongoing.
