Irving Fire Department to raise money for Muscular Dystrophy

With boots in hand, Irving firefighters will adorn three of the city’s busiest intersections from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. April 27-30 as part of the Muscular Dystrophy Association’s Fill the Boot Campaign. Motorists and pedestrians are invited to help firefighters fill boots with cash donations to send children with muscular dystrophy to summer camp, and purchase equipment such as wheelchairs and walkers.
