Woman Sexually Assaulted While Out Jogging, Dallas Police Release Composite Sketch of Suspect

The Dallas Police Department is requesting the public's assistance in identifying a man involved in a sexual assault that occurred on May 30, 2024, at the White Rock Lake Trail near the 4800 block of W. Lawther Drive.

At approximately 12:00 p.m. on May 30th, a woman was running on the trail when an unknown suspect attacked her from behind and sexually assaulted her.

The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 5'5" tall, skinny with a small belly, short clean-cut red hair, and a beard. He was last seen wearing a blue crew neck shirt and may have scratches on his face and body. A composite sketch of the suspect has been released.

Detectives are actively working to identify the suspect. Dallas Police urge residents near the area of the offense to remain vigilant and report any suspicious persons matching the suspect's description.

The public is reminded to always practice safety measures, including being aware of surroundings, going out with others, informing a trusted person of their whereabouts, and staying in well-lit areas at night.
