On June 9, 2024, at approximately 10:45 PM, Dallas police responded to a shooting call in the 100 block of N. Masters Drive in the Pleasant Grove neighborhood.
Upon arrival, officers found 18-year-old Kevin Hernandez lying on the ground with gunshot wounds. Dallas Fire Rescue arrived shortly thereafter and transported Hernandez to a local hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
