The Parker County Sheriff’s Criminal Investigations Division is requesting the public's help in identifying and locating a suspect who fled from deputies during a traffic stop.
On July 15, deputies attempted to stop a 2012 Kawasaki KX450 green dirt bike with no license plate in the 6400 block of Mineral Wells Highway. The driver refused to pull over, leading deputies on a vehicle pursuit. The chase continued until the driver abandoned the bike and fled on foot near Mike Thornton Court and Mineral Wells Highway in the Patriots Outpost subdivision. The suspect jumped several fences into the backyards of residences on Bruce Crandall Court, heading west, where deputies lost sight of him.
Days later, a resident contacted the sheriff’s office after spotting a man on home security footage who matched the description of the suspect. Deputies confirmed that the individual was the same suspect involved in the earlier felony evasion case.
The dirt bike involved was not reported stolen, and its registered owner is linked to a California address.
The suspect is described as a white male, aged 25 to 34, with a medium build. He stands approximately 5 feet 8 inches to 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighs between 175 and 190 pounds. He has short light brown hair and a beard. At the time of the incident, he was wearing a solid blue or green T-shirt, denim knee-length shorts, black and white running shoes, and a red bandana on his head. Deputies believe the suspect discarded the bandana before being captured on the home security recording.

Tips can also be submitted anonymously to Parker County Crime Stoppers at (817) 599-5555, which is offering a reward of up to $1,000 for information leading to the suspect's arrest.
