On Wednesday, 06-22-11 at approximately 10:00 p.m., Irving Police dispatch received a phone call from a male who wanted to talk to officers and provide information regarding the murder of Pamela Wilson.
Officers responded to the location the male was calling from (3635 N. Beltline Road) and made contact with the male who was identified as Kevin Monroe Amos (41) of Irving. Officers recognized Amos as being a person who had an active warrant for Aggravated Robbery. Amos was placed under arrest for the warrant without incident and transported to the Irving Jail.
Based on information and evidence gathered before and after Amos was arrested, investigators charged him with the Murder of Pamela Wilson.
Amos is currently in-custody at the Irving jail facing one count of Murder and one count of Aggravated Robbery.
