Dallas Police Officer Terminated After Public Intoxication Arrest

On September 12, 2024, during a disciplinary hearing with Chief Garcia, Police Officer Frank Johnson, badge #10683, of Prosper, TX, was terminated from the Dallas Police Department.

Officer Johnson was dismissed for being intoxicated in public view and exhibiting adverse behavior. This followed his arrest by the Little Elm Police Department for Public Intoxication on March 24th.
